We’ve got apprenticeships in our hotels, restaurants, and Support Centre — teamed up with Lifetime Training to make sure you get the best experience. Whether you’re all about being front and centre or prefer supporting behind the scenes, we’ve got a spot for you.
Hotels and restaurants
Love learning? Our Level 2 Hospitality Apprenticeship gives you the full experience of running a hotel or restaurant. Want variety? If you join in any role you’ll gain skills in every role, be it reception, housekeeping and kitchens, turning you into an all-round hospitality pro.
Support Centre
More of a behind-the-scenes mastermind? We’ve got over 20 different apprenticeships here, covering everything from Marketing and Data to Software Engineering Degree Apprenticeships (Levels 3-6). If tech, strategy, or business is your thing, this is where you want to be.

Operations
Step 1
Find a role you're interested in and hit 'apply now'. Submit your application on our careers site and upload your CV to the role you want in our hotel or restaurant.
Step 2
Come in for an interview, and get the job
Step 3
Agree with your manager the apprenticeship you’d like to do and get nominated.
Step 4
Begin your apprenticeship
Support Centre
You can join our Support Centre team at any point of the year. Once you join, let your manager know you're interested in an apprenticeship.
