Summer internships

Our 10-week summer internship, in partnership with the 10,000 Black Interns programme, is designed to build a stronger, more inclusive workforce. If you’re a university student approaching the end of your degree, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing FTSE100 business. With 3,500 internships being created for summer 2025, we’re proud to be playing our part.

Finance

Finance Graduates

Take your passion for numbers and turn it into commercial expertise at the UK’s leading hospitality business. From Day 1, you’ll be influencing strategic decisions, working alongside industry leaders, and developing a deep understanding of what makes a FTSE100 company tick. Across this three-year programme, you’ll build lifelong relationships, gain professional qualifications, and be fully supported by our dedicated early careers team.

Technology

Data, Digital, Tech Graduates

If you want to drive innovation in a household name, this two-year programme is for you. You’ll take on business-critical roles, solve real-world challenges, and rotate through four key areas, gaining a deep understanding of how digital, data, and tech power Premier Inn. When the programme’s over, you’ll step into a permanent role with clear pathways to leadership.

Our application process

How to apply

Here we believe there's no barriers to entry and no limits to ambition. We don't want anything to stand between you and your new career, so we've listed everything that you'll be expected to do between now and beginning your journey with us.

Step 1

Hit 'apply now' and submit your application on our careers site and upload your CV.
Step 2

You’ll be asked to complete our online testing which starts with two games-based assessments. These are quick and can be completed at a time when it's best for you. You can do this on your smartphone, computer or tablet.
Step 3

Next, you’ll be asked to complete a video interview. You'll answer a set of interview questions using your smartphone, computer or tablet to record yourself. These will be around a set of competencies and why you’d like to work for us. Also, don’t worry if you are unhappy with your first answer, you can re-record this if you’d like.
Step 4

If you're successful following the online assessment you’ll be invited to our in person assessment centre at our Support Centre in Dunstable.
