Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

  • Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new team members.
  • Demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
  • Drive high individual performance through regular one to ones and coaching, ensuring they understand their goals
  • Have an eye for detail, high standards and the ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team are as knowledgeable and confident as you are
  • We want you to be the best you can be and so we will give you the tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively. It’s up to you to show what you’ve got when it comes to driving sales and revenue, proactively using guest feedback to maximise opportunities.

    What to wear? We recommend you turn up in something smart/casual with comfy shoes. Your job preview will include you giving the job a go, so you'll be on your feet. We'd love to get to know the real you, so don't feel the need to cover any tattoos or piercings. Before you arrive We'll send you a time and location for your interview. Make sure you are aware of where you have to go as we have lots of different locations. What to bring? Yourself, your personality, your right to work and your national insurance number. Things that are included in right to work: UK Passport Full Birth Certificate Visa Sharecode Can't make it? Sometimes life gets in the way, we get that! So if you cannot make your interview time you can let us know. We will try to rebook the interview where possible or if you have just changed your mind, we'll cancel it.   • 4. Job preview

    At the interview for 30 minutes we'll show you what the job is like, so you can see if it's what you expected. Then it’s your turn to ask us if you’ve got any questions. We'll let you know the outcome of your interview

  • 5. Employment Checks

    We'll carry out some checks, for example, in the UK, you'll need to provide us with proof of Right to Work. This will be done at different stage
