Location:                Holborn, hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home/another location

Salary/Grade:         £32,000 - £35,000 dependant on skills and experiences + up to 15% bonus + discounts at Premier Inn hotels and our restaurants + healthcare + bens

  • Launching major brand‑defining campaigns
  • Working with a new social agency
  • Building our presence across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

What You’ll Do

Champion Organic Social

  • Lead the UK organic social strategy, ensuring content is impactful, relevant and tailored to each platform
  • Oversee content creation and approvals across key channels
  • Advise wider Whitbread teams on social best practice

Drive Collaboration & Campaigns

  • Manage and inspire our external agency partnership
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, PR, eCRM, Insights and more
  • Activate integrated campaign moments and identify cultural trends we should join

Grow Engagement & Performance

  • Review analytics and platform updates to refine our approach
  • Lead influencer and creator activity to ensure authentic partnerships

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands‑on social experience with a major Business-to-Consumer (B2C) brand or recognised social agency
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience working with agencies
  • Proven ability to create or guide standout social content
  • Confidence acting as a guardian of tone, guidelines and brand safety

No problem, just let us know as early as possible and we’ll try to rearrange.

  • 3. Job Preview

    For housekeeping or kitchen roles, you’ll spend around 30 minutes trying out the job on the day – so you can see what it’s really like. You’ll also have time to ask us any questions. We’ll let you know the outcome of your interview afterwards.

  • 4. Employment Checks

    If you’re successful, we’ll complete the necessary employment checks. This includes verifying your Right to Work in the UK, which may happen at different stages depending on the role.

  • 5. Welcome to the Team!

    Once everything is complete, it’s time to welcome you to the hotel team. We’ll guide you through your first steps and make sure you feel supported from day one.
