If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, then this role is perfect as your next step in management.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.
Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
PAY RATE:
Up to £14.74 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE:
Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

What you’ll do:
Join our team at Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park) as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.

If you’re successful, we’ll complete the necessary employment checks. This includes verifying your Right to Work in the UK, which may happen at different stages depending on the role.
Once everything is complete, it’s time to welcome you to the hotel team. We’ll guide you through your first steps and make sure you feel supported from day one.
