As Restaurant Manager, you’ll report directly to the General Manager, working closely together to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong operational results. You’ll lead and inspire your front‑of‑house team, drive standards across the board and help take the site to the next level.

What to wear? We recommend you turn up in something smart/casual with comfy shoes. Your job preview will include you giving the job a go, so you'll be on your feet. We'd love to get to know the real you, so don't feel the need to cover any tattoos or piercings. Before you arrive We'll send you a time and location for your interview. Make sure you are aware of where you have to go as we have lots of different locations. What to bring? Yourself, your personality, your right to work and your national insurance number. Things that are included in right to work: UK Passport Full Birth Certificate Visa Sharecode Can't make it? Sometimes life gets in the way, we get that! So if you cannot make your interview time you can let us know. We will try to rebook the interview where possible or if you have just changed your mind, we'll cancel it. 4. Job preview

At the interview for 30 minutes we'll show you what the job is like, so you can see if it's what you expected. Then it’s your turn to ask us if you’ve got any questions. We'll let you know the outcome of your interview
5. Employment Checks

We'll carry out some checks, for example, in the UK, you'll need to provide us with proof of Right to Work. This will be done at different stage
