Here we call our Head Office our Support Centre. Quite simply because we’re here to support our amazing teams across the UK and Ireland.
You might be working remotely but why not take the chance to work from one of our hotels? From Truro to Thurso and everywhere in between, Whitbread have more than 1,200 hotels and restaurants in the UK and Ireland. We are where our guests need us and opening new hotels all the time.

With an onsite restaurant, coffee shop and auditorium, there’s Whitbread history throughout the walls and more being made every day.

Found a Support Centre role that suits you? Apply online and upload your CV. If you don’t already have a profile, you’ll create one as part of your application.
If your CV is a good match, our Resourcing Team will give you a call to talk through: The role and your experience Salary expectations Does our hybrid working, work for you This is a friendly chat to make sure the role is right for both of us. We’ll then let you know if you’re being progressed. If not, you’ll receive an email update. Top tip: Find a quiet space for the call and have your CV handy.
If successful, we’ll invite you to an interview which is usually face to face, but sometimes on Teams if needed. Depending on the role, this may be: A single interview, or A two-stage process An interview with a short task, exercise or presentation You’ll also need to provide proof of your Right to Work at this stage. Top tip: Read through the job description beforehand and think about some examples of your experience.
If your interview goes well, we’ll: Confirm your salary Ask you to upload your Right to Work documents Carry out our final checks Send you a draft contract If you’re not successful, we’ll still be in touch and will let you know personally where possible.
Once everything is complete, we’ll stay in regular contact and share everything you need to know before your first day so you feel confident and ready to start.
