Looking back at my career over the last 20‑plus years, I feel incredibly fortunate. I’ve worked across a wide range of industries and businesses; from fast‑growth digital environments to global brands undergoing serious transformation. Each experience has stretched me, opened my eyes to new ways of working and helped shape the leader I am today.

But what I love in particular about hospitality is how unique it is. It is one of the warmest industries you can work in and also one of the most fascinating, stimulating and forward‑thinking. That’s because hospitality is built on human connection, service and experience – but behind the scenes, it’s powered by massive innovation, technical change and some of the most cutting‑edge marketing, revenue management and digital capability you’ll find anywhere.

In Premier Inn we have the UK’s number 1 hotel brand, visited by millions of guests each year and famous for our consistency, a great night’s sleep and excellent value for money.
