Meet Lewis. A part time job working behind the bar in his local Beefeater soon led to becoming a Chef. He loved life in our commercial kitchens so much, he wanted more - and at Whitbread we can deliver that. So now Lewis creates the menus for Premier Inn hotels, delighting millions of guests every year.
